They were well convinced that wellness is given the least priority here,

The sudden emergence of the pandemic made this conviction more robust. They also observed that the wellness amenities, such as gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga hall, etc., in the real estate sector, were not ‘Holistic’ or lacked a comprehensive formula. It triggered these connoisseurs to combine Urban Real Estate, Hospitality, and Wellness (preventive & rehab care) and consequently, Wellcube was born.
